Robert Dale

Robert has over 20 years of experience acting as both an Expert Witness and a Single Joint Expert. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered Building Surveyor and a RICS Registered Expert Witness.

Robert is regularly appointed in construction-related disputes, including contractual disagreements, homeowner-builder conflicts, contractor-subcontractor issues, and claims involving construction professionals.

Simon Jacklin

Simon has over 35 years' experience in the construction industry where he has practised as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor. He is a RICS Registered Expert Witness.

Simon has acted as an expert witness or single joint expert in adjudication, mediation and litigation proceedings providing oral and written evidence on a variety of disputes.

John Read

John is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor & contract administrator with a wide range of experience in building design and construction. His specialist areas are building design and construction, contract administration, party wall and CDM.

Experienced as both expert witness and single joint expert, he has acted as expert witness in homeowner/builder disputes, homeowner/consultant disputes and workmanship standards giving opinion on the quality and design of works undertaken.

Jonathan Dennis

Jonathan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, spanning both the private and public sectors.

He has wide experience in construction and property markets with specialist knowledge of building costs, procurement, contract administration, risk management and construction claims.

He has acted as both expert witness and a single joint expert for a wide range of construction related disputes.
