DCP was appointed as quantity surveyors at the inception of this luxury indoor swimming pool project, giving budgetary advice for the swimming pool construction costs before drawings were produced based upon the client’s brief.

Working closely with the client and design team, DCP undertook regular cost planning and prepared bills of quantities to ensure tenders were received within the budget.
