The Juniper Foundation

We are proud to launch the The Juniper Training & Development Foundation in honour of the late Bob Juniper, former Senior Partner of DCP.

Bob spent his entire working life with the practice, joining as a trainee and rising through the ranks to lead the practice.  Endlessly interested, he never stopped learning and developing his own expertise, encouraging and mentoring others to do the same throughout his long tenure. Bob’s leadership helped shape DCP into the strong multi‑disciplinary practice it is today — and his example sets the standard for our future.

The Foundation celebrates his legacy and will support a structured five‑year programme aligned with our business plan, ensuring every member of the team has the opportunity to learn, progress, and flourish to help secure the future of DCP.
