Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on this new build office project, with associated car park and landscaping for DOA Commercial Property Ltd. The project was procured under a design and build contract. The contractor was Horizon Construction, and the Architect, Duncan Clark & Beckett.
Situated on a busy industrial estate on the outskirts of Braintree, the steel framed construction included RC concrete floors, a composite roof, and a mix of cladding and curtain walling, that included brick and tinted glazing.
Designed to provide a high spec finish, the interior offers the client with 757m² office space and associated facilities, which include, glazed screening, lift and a feature staircase. The ground floor space had a shell finish for later development or sub-letting.
We were delighted to deliver this project on time and on budget.
