Award winning specialist cookware company, ProCook, acquired 20 stores from another concern which had gone into administration.
Daniel Connal Partnership were appointed to carry out inspections – building surveys and schedules of condition – at the properties across the UK.
The retail outlets, occupied a wide variety of building types and ages.
The resulting building inspection reports provided invaluable information for our client when negotiating new leases and limiting repairing liabilities for existing defects.
