Flagship Homes appointed Daniel Connal Partnership to provide Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer services on their scheme at Mulbarton in Norfolk. The developer was Hopkins Homes.
The Section 106 development comprised 59 units made up of apartments, houses and bungalows. Eighteen of the properties were for shared ownership with the remainder at intermediate rent.
The development was phased, with the first homes being handed over in June 2017 and the final tranche were completed in September 2018.
