The facility meets BB104, as well as satisfying the SEN requirements of Essex County Council.
Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on this JCT Design & Build contract. We also fulfilled the Principal Designer role, at the pre contract stage.
At the start of the project we assisted the client with the funding application process for the project; meeting with Essex County Council (ECC) and providing all the required information. We also maintained regular liaison with ECC’s project manager, who undertook a monitoring role throughout the build.
We were delighted to complete this very rewarding project under budget and five weeks ahead of schedule.
