Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on this project to build 48 new homes on a greenfield site at edge of Latchingdon in Essex.
The development had been designed to the planning stage by Arcady Architects. The contractor for the design and construction of the homes was E.J. Taylor, who were awarded the project following a competitive tender procedure.
