We had been involved in the original relocation of children’s services to The Grove and were retained by the Trust to undertake feasibility studies to expand and develop the site’s potential to meet their needs for future consolidation of children’s services. The Daniel Connal team developed several options and presented architectural layouts and 3D models to illustrate the possibilities offered by the site.

Daniel Connal Partnership, as a multi-disciplinary practice, was able to provide budget costings for each option and advise on planning constraints and the necessary surveys required to realise the aspirations of the Trust to expand the Children’s Development Centre at The Grove to take full advantage of the site’s potential.
