Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed by Victory Housing to provide employer’s agent services on their development at Camping Field Lane, Stalham.
The housing association owns and manages 5,000 properties, primarily in north Norfolk, providing homes for over 10,000 residents.
Camping Field Lane, Stalham
The new development of 2 two-bedroom semi-detached houses and 4 one-bedroom apartments in Stalham, designed by Chaplin Farrant architects, was built on the site of former local authority garages. The main contractor on the 8 month long scheme was Wellington Construction.
This scheme saw the completion of Victory Housing’s 1000th home. DCP is very proud to have helped in the delivery of this milestone for the association.
