The client wished to transform the Listed building, a former art gallery, into a showroom for the prestigious Connolly leather brand, offering luxury leather goods and a range of fine clothing.

The townhouse now provides a warm & welcoming contemporary showroom set over three floors featuring elegant wood panelling, bespoke furniture and fixtures hand crafted in fumed oak and hornbeam. The upper floors of the townhouse are given over to light, airy and luxurious residential accommodation.
Working with award winning Paris based designers, Gilles and Boissier and leading conservation architects Donald Insall Associates, Daniel Connal Partnership has been delighted to provide project management, cost consultancy, party wall and health and safety advice on this outstanding retail and residential project.
