It’s not just the children who will be going back to school in September.
Our building surveyors will be there too.
We are delighted to announce our appointment by Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust to carry out building surveys across their school portfolio.
Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust (EFSPT) run 16 academies in South Essex and North East London. Over the next four to eight weeks our surveyors will be carrying out condition inspections at each of these school’s premises. The resulting reports will give the EFSPT a clear picture of the condition of the school buildings, allowing them to establish priorities for their future maintenance and improvements programmes.
The majority of the EFSPT’s academies are infant and primary schools. They vary significantly in size – the smallest catering for around 70 children and the largest some 600 – and age. Several of the schools date from the Victorian era, while others were built in the 20th century. Most have been extended at one time or another to accommodate increasing pupil numbers.
Daniel Connal Partnership has worked in the education sector for over 70 years, establishing successful relationships with clients in both the state and independent sector.
Partner, Jonathan Dennis, said, “We are very proud to have been appointed by the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust to undertake these surveys, and look forward to building our relationship with them in the future”.
