The Daniel Connal Partnership acted as Employer’s Agent on this project to provide 24 two, three & four bedroom houses and one & two bedroom apartments for affordable rent on the site of the former Runwell Hospital, Wickford, Essex.
Procured under a Section 106 Agreement, the homes were built by Countryside Properties Ltd for the UK’s largest housing association, the Clarion Housing Group as Phase 1 of their development of affordable homes.
The 14 month project ran smoothly and was completed successfully, on time and on budget.
We have also been appointed by Clarion as Employer’s Agent on Phases 2 & 3 of the scheme. Phase 2, for 31 units, is currently on site with a scheduled completion date of March 2019. Phase 3 is due to start early in 2019.
