Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed by Richard Green Modern to provide Party Wall and neighbourly advice in respect of their proposals to demolish and re-build their New Bond Street headquarters creating the first purpose built art gallery on New Bond Street since the early twentieth century.
The works entailed extending the existing basement and creating 6 floors of galleries and offices (one more floor than the original building), designed by Robert Adam Architects. Daniel Connal Partnership oversaw the Party Wall Awards, scaffold licences and crane oversailing licences which were speedily negotiated with all adjoining owners in accordance with the project programme, enabling work on this prestigious project to be carried out without delay.
