Daniel Connal Partnership was commissioned by Frontier Estates Ltd to advise them in regard to the acquisition of the freehold of 15/17 Redchurch Street London E1. An agreement had been made to purchase the property, which was in the process of being re-developed to form a new retail unit with 8 self contained flats to the upper parts, from another developer .
We undertook regular inspections of the property during the construction, reviewed all design and technical information supplied by the vendor’s design team and carried out an assessment of the statutory consents for the project to confirm all conditions had been discharged.
