Daniel Connal Partnership was commissioned to carry out a feasibility study of a building in Clerkenwell Road. The building is mixed use with residential properties to the upper floors and offices to the lower floors. The ground floor is currently made up of a large open space which had been used as an A4 drinking establishment.
Following the closure of the public house, the owner wished to maximise the letting potential of the property. DCP developed a scheme to divide the premises into two units and alter the front facade to improve the visual appeal of the property. The feasibility study also included a change of use to cover multiple use classes.
