Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed by sustainable property developer British Land to provide Party Wall and neighbourly advice in respect of their scheme at 95/99 Baker Street London W1, where they were refurbishing, remodelling and combining two buildings to provide residential and retail accommodation.
The works comprised extending the property at roof level and to the rear to deliver 19,000 sq ft of high end residential accommodation and 6,200 sq ft of retail space. Daniel Connal Partnership successfully negotiated Party Wall Awards and Scaffold Licences with all adjoining freeholders and leaseholders enabling the luxury residential and retail development to proceed without delay.
