The dilapidated three storey property situated in the heart of the prestigious Nightingale Triangle in the Clapham/Battersea area required full refurbishment and a substantial extension to transform it into the modern, 5 bedroom family home required by the client, who was also considering its potential for use as a future rental investment.
We managed all aspects of the project for the client, from initial survey, through party wall negotiations and management of the contract and contractors, to completion.
The team at Daniel Connal successfully provided innovative and creative design solutions which delivered a generous three storey extension at the rear of the building and imaginative internal reconfigurations to take full advantage of the available space and meet the client’s vision for the property, while retaining the house’s original features and character where possible.
