Daniel Connal Partnership was appointed to re-develop a ground floor retail unit and upper floor offices in this prime location at the centre of South Molton Street, W1. Our brief was to provide design proposals and support cost estimates to increase the let-able floor space and improve the shops visual appeal.
We acted as contract administrator and quantity surveyors, whilst also providing CDM and architectural design services.
The designs for the scheme removed redundant facilities to increase the floor space in the retail unit and by removing the rear first floor we were able to achieve a level access and create a double height space, improving the appearance of the retail space and increasing its value.
