The Kings Wharf Development is situated on a prime canal basin site in London, E8.
DCP were instructed by Lemon Land Ltd to provide project management and cost consultancy services to develop and construct a new mixed use development of 13 retail and 57 residential units.
The 5 storey development is made up of three blocks arranged around a central courtyard. It’s upper residential floors are characterised by the steel framed gantries which form the common walkways and balconies.
