We provide planned preventative maintenance plans covering 5, 10, 15 or 20 years to suit your requirements. These can be restricted to major structures and heavy use areas, or take into account everything down to mechanical and electrical services.
We prioritise tasks so that non urgent work can be scheduled as funds become available. Works are fully costed, budgets and priorities taken into account and a plan drawn up.
Our service does not finish at providing the initial plan; we can undertake regular inspections to keep on top of new defects so they do not develop into more serious problems. You decide whether to have these additional inspections carried out once or twice a year and how detailed they should be.
Our plans are flexible and realistic about your cash flow; works can be brought forward if they become more urgent or pushed back if other priorities become more pressing. Any changes are fully costed and consequences explained.
