DCP in the Frame
Housing and healthcare are, understandably, high up on the list of most people’s priorities. They are no less important to the industry and Daniel Connal Partnership is celebrating recent framework partnership success in both sectors.
Circle Housing is one of the largest social housing providers in the Country and DCP is delighted to have secured a place on one of their major frameworks, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. It sits well geographically with our office locations in Colchester, Norwich and London and also our existing client portfolio in the social housing sector which includes Flagship, Broadland and Colne Housing.
Owning and managing over 63,000 homes nationwide, Circle Housing is responsible for nearly 23,000 housing units in the Eastern Region under Wherry Housing, South Anglia Housing, Roddons and Old Forge Housing Associations.
Under the framework, Daniel Connal Partnership will be working with Circle’s development teams to deliver new social housing projects, providing Employer’s Agent and CDM Co-ordinator services. We are proud to play our part in delivering good quality sustainable new homes for families and individuals whilst at the same time, of course, ensuring that the housing providers have efficiently run projects that return the very best value.
In the Health Sector, Daniel Connal Partnership has for some time been delivering projects within long-standing frameworks with Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust in Essex and James Paget University NHS Foundation Trust in Gorleston, Norfolk.
These activities will now be complemented by our appointment as framework partner consultant to NELFT, the North East London NHS Foundation Trust.
Based at Goodmayes Hospital in Ilford and with an annual budget of £300m, NELFT are responsible for providing community and mental health services for a population of 1.5m in a geographic area stretching from Basildon in Essex to Waltham Forest in London.
We look forward to working with NELFT, providing a wide range of specialist services, and successfully delivering their Capital programme requirements over the next 12 months.
Daniel Connal Partnership are proud to have been chosen to partner both Circle and NELFT and to assist them in delivering successful projects in their respective sectors.
