We’re celebrating promotions and arrivals at DCP.
Congratulations go first to Jason Froude in our London office, who has recently been made a Partner at DCP. Jason, who has been with the practice for 16 years, joined us as a building surveyor in 2002, and was made an Associate in 2013.
Senior Partner, Simon Jacklin, said, ‘As a business we are always keen to provide opportunities for career progression, and we are delighted to see Jason fulfill his potential with the partnership’.
It is a double celebration for Jason who, with his wife Amy, has just welcomed his second daughter into the world.
We also have some new arrivals in the Norwich office; we are delighted to welcome Sean Burnett-Kiernan to DCP. Sean has joined the Norwich team as an apprentice quantity surveyor, straight from finishing his A levels (Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science) at The University Technical College in Norwich. He has just started his degree at Anglia Ruskin University, on a day release basis. When not working hard at DCP or Anglia Ruskin you may find Sean on the golf course. A keen player, Sean has been Junior Captain at the Mundesley Golf Club for the last two years.
Welcoming Sean, Senior Partner, Robert Dale, commented, ‘Fostering young talent is not just important for DCP but vital for future of the industry as a whole and we are very pleased that Sean has chosen to start his career in surveying with us’.
Sean isn’t actually our first apprentice. That honour goes to Harrison Lee in the Colchester office, who joined DCP in 2015. Harry is now three years into his BSc in Quantity Surveying, also at Anglia Ruskin, fitting study around his demanding role in the quantity surveying team.
There has also been the patter of tiny feet in the Norwich office; hot off the press, congratulations to quantity surveyor, Kayleigh Sexton and her husband on their new baby, Connie. Another quantity surveyor in the making, perhaps?
