Arc to Ark – Simon is back on his bike!
Not content with his marathon charity cycle ride to MIPIM in Cannes earlier this year, our Senior Partner, Simon Jacklin, has taken to the saddle again, dusting off his lycra to help raise money to support autistic children.
Simon, cycling with a team from TJ Evers, one of the event’s sponsors, is one of 30 intrepid cyclists taking on the challenge of cycling 300 miles in 3 days from the iconic Arc de Triomphe, in Paris, to The Ark Centre in Chelmsford.
The Ark Centre, which opened in 2015, offers individually tailored early years intervention therapy for children with autism and/or social communication difficulties. With a huge waiting list, the centre is fundraising to build larger premises so that they can provide more children with the therapy they desperately need.
You can find out more about this great charity and how it helps autistic children at https://www.thearkcentre.org/. To support the cyclists as they power up through France in aid of The Ark go to https://mydonate.bt.com/teams/ark to donate.
