We love to celebrate success – particularly APC!
So, it’s huge congratulations to Kayleigh Sexton, MRICS, who has passed her APC, and is now a Chartered surveyor.
Kayleigh has been with DCP since 2015 when she joined our Norwich team as an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager, following 10 years in industry with contractors Pentaco and Kier.
She has worked on a wide range of projects, including the £4m development of historic Wells Maltings, the new 2000m² office and warehouse facility for BH Bus Industrial Tools in Great Yarmouth and the £2.5m refurbishment of Tripos Court, student accommodation in Cambridge.
As a practice, Daniel Connal Partnership is committed to the professional development of it’s staff – we currently have 5 others studying for their APCs. We are also fortunate to have two RICS mentors as part of our team, John Read and Richard Bedford; an invaluable in-house asset for those working to achieve their professional qualification.
Robert Dale, Senior Partner, said, ‘We are delighted to see Kayleigh achieve Chartered status, a reflection of her hard work and commitment to the surveying profession. She is an asset to the practice and a great role model to encourage women into the discipline, where they are still under-represented.’
