Shhh …., don’t let on, but DCP is not the only firm of Chartered Surveyors in the country, the county, even sometimes, the street.
From nationwide chains, to tiny one and two-man (or woman) bands, there are a fair number of Surveyors about. It is surely a good thing, a sign of a healthy and thriving industry: it gives potential clients a choice and ensures that the industry continues to provide a competitive and professional service. It also provides a challenge. How does a Chartered Surveying Practice stand out in a crowd?
What do we offer that would make you choose DCP?
We’ve been around for a while – Dan Connal started the practice in London in 1946 –so we are very well established.
We offer a wide range of traditional specialist skills – quantity surveying, building surveying, party wall services, project management, cost consultancy – to name but a few.
We provide comprehensive health & safety services – CDM2015, fire risk assessments, construction phase plans, site safety audits – we’ve got it all covered.
Need training? Our courses on First Aid, Site Safety and Fire Safety (amongst others) offer expert, accredited teaching in a professional and friendly way, that is (we believe) second to none.
And, of course, we are proud to abide by the rules and regulations of the RICS.
All well and good. We are proud of the services that we offer – but they are not particularly unusual. Many of our colleagues in the industry offer similar. So, what is the DCP difference? What is the real benefit of choosing us? What is our USP?
If it were down to us, in a shameless piece of self-promotion, we would point out that our staff are friendly, dedicated, diligent, enterprising and professional; we believe that by using DCP you will get the best possible value from your projects or assets, we always aim to exceed your expectations and we listen.
But we would say that, wouldn’t we? So perhaps the people better placed to comment on the benefits of working with DCP are our lovely clients ……
