Our team of Project Managers understand the importance of meeting the client’s objectives, and have the skills to manage the professional team in order to deliver construction projects on time, on budget, and to the level of quality required by the end user.
As Project Managers we recognise the needs of stakeholders, plan what needs to be done; by when and by whom, coordinate the project team, and recognise the importance of maintaining close working relationships and the need to motivate individuals in order to meet the prescribed project deadlines.
Projects are full of uncertainties and unidentified risks, and are staffed by people with differing ideas on what the priorities should be.
By foreseeing potential problems, we cut out a high proportion of the risks; this also enables a better control of costs. Our project managers are leaders. They are people who give everyone a voice, so that issues in every discipline get flagged up early.
Our expertise in the key risk areas of cost, procurement and programme management has been recognised through regular project monitoring commissions from a wide range of financial institutions. We protect the client’s interest by identifying and advising on the risks associated with acquiring an interest in a development that is not under the Client’s direct control. However, we also aim to support the developer and the construction team through a risk management process for the benefit of all and the ultimate success of the project.
We strongly support the concept of partnering and believe that, through a collaborative approach between everyone in the supply chain, many of the issues arising between parties that disrupt progress can be avoided.
