Does your project need planning permission?
We have helped residential and commercial clients and local authorities themselves get planning permission. We can manage the whole process negotiating with the planning authority and ensuring all the necessary supporting planning application documentation is prepared.
On a simple scheme we can produce the required architectural design and a design and access statement required to support the application. For larger schemes we will often work with Architect’s or Planning Consultants. If you have received planning permission with a section 106 agreement that means your scheme is not viable or if you are negotiating a section 106 agreement we can prepare a viability assessment to determine how much of a contribution or proportion of social housing can be really afforded.
