When David Oliver, Managing Director of insurance firm David Oliver Associates (DOA) asked for our assistance with their proposed office relocation from Great Dunmow to the Skyline 120 Business Park in Braintree, we were delighted to say ‘Yes’.
The family owned business, which provides underwriting and brokering services to insurance providers, currently employs more than 40 staff.
DOA required additional work space to allow expansion in the short term but also to future-proof their business with flexible accommodation that would enable them to realise their aspirations for further growth in years to come.
Daniel Connal Partnership has provided comprehensive architectural design services for a high quality bespoke 757m² office unit which will fulfill DOA’s requirements both now and in the future. We are also acting as Employer’s Agent on this interesting project.
The Planning Application for the scheme has been submitted and we are looking forward to progressing the development over the coming months.
