Daniel Connal Partnership were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study on an office block in Southwark Bridge Road. The building is currently let to multiple tenants and a number of possible schemes were to be investigated. These included a light refurbishment, refurbishment of the services and the possibility of adding two floors to create further office suites.
A full cost analysis was carried out along with a letting agent to ascertain the possible income generated from the addition of two floors.
The client is currently considering all the options presented.
