Work and Clients:
Rob is an Associate at the London office. He has gained a great deal of experience in Building Surveying and Project Management on a diverse range of projects in the education, leisure and residential sectors up to a value of £5million.

Before DCP:
Rob graduated from Greenwich University in 2005 where he obtained an honours degree in Building Surveying. Rob previously worked for Bailey Garner and Martin Associates where he gained experience acting as CA, PM and EA for a variety of residential and leisure schemes. Rob has also gained experience running schemes from a Clients perspective when he helped manage a Housing Associations entire construction portfolio over a 12 month period.

  • Proudest Professional Moment:
    Passing his APC at the age of 24, being elected joint Chair of The London Matrics University Liaison Committee and becoming an Associate at DCP are all his proudest professional moments to date.

    Most Embarrassing Professional Moment:.
    Rob recalls having to explain to the company facilities manager at Bailey Garner, when he was a trainee, how he managed to reverse the company pool car into a vey large tree.

    Interests outside work:
    Rob plays a lot of football and regularly attends the gym. He is also a keen runner and enjoys mountain hiking with his girlfriend Lucy and friends.
